Method
1 | Slice thinly across the grain, season |

2 | Trim broccoli into smaller florets. |

3 | Cut ginger into diamond shape. Cut spring onion into sections |

4 | Heat oil in wok, stir-fry broccoli until well-tossed with oil until the vegetable is tender. Dish. |

5 | Heat oil in wok, sauté beef until 80% done. Remove. |

6 | Sauté carrot, ginger and spring onion in remaining oil, return beef to the wok. Add sauce and mix well. |

7 | Dish on top of the vegetables and serve. |
